E8 3PE is a limited edition archive published by Matt's Gallery.

E8 3PE was created for the Matt's Gallery 35th anniversary this year. It takes its title from the postcode of Matt's Gallery's first home on Martello Street where the gallery was located between 1979-1991.

Details
Each box is an original archive including invitation cards from 1971 to 1991, publications including Ian McKeever's Black and White... Or How to Paint with a Hammer, 1982, Matt's Gallery, with text by Jean Fisher, The Serpentine Gallery, 1984, Jaroslow Kozloski, Reality (third printing, first edition published by ZPAP Poznan 1972, second edition published by Matt's Gallery 1979) and a selection of the original whitebooks series from 1983 to 1991.

In addition each box has a different selection of photographic prints taken by Robin Klassnik, Fiona Crisp and Richard Wilson between 1979 and 1991.

The typography, in Plantin and Univers types, is by Phil Baines. The box was made & printed by G Ryder & Co. Ltd, Bletchley. The original whitebooks were designed by Phil Bryden of Ithaca Press. Photographic prints printed on Fuji Crystal Archive gloss paper by The Printspace, Shoreditch.
