Specially commissioned to accompany Richard Grayson's exhibition The Golden Space City of God at Matt Gallery, 13 May–28 June 2009, each limited edition print is an image of the Golden Space City of God as described by David Berg, the founding member of The Family, a community that developed from the 1960s cult Children of God. Berg wrote texts describing how the City looked and the functions that he thought the component parts played in its operations and these were the source of illustrations commisioned by the Family that the two prints draw on. Texts also exist about the interior of the city. the materials used and the colour schemes of its furnishings. The Family claims that the City has been spotted by the Hubble telescope but that this information has been withheld from the public.
