Michael Curran collaborates with Marie-Sophie Beinke at Moonstreet Projects, Antwerp.
Opening Speech is a sonic intervention by Michael Curran in Marie-Sophie Beinke’s exhibition GRAVITY at Moonstreet Projects. The piece takes the form of a public service announcement that breaks down gradually into an absurd and impossible apology to future generations. Opening Speech will be presented at 17:00 at the opening of GRAVITY, and then is present as an intermittent intervention throughout the duration of the exhibition.
In addition Beinke & Curran have produced a book, Levity & Gravity (edition 100), which will also be presented at the opening of GRAVITY.
